Retaining only the exposed beams and overhead sprinklers, the loft received a dramatic makeover. Rich, textural woods, shimmering metals, and lush fabrics add depth and sophistication to the setting, giving it a “downtown goes uptown” atmosphere.

Custom-designed and vintage 20th century furnishings are complimented with an extensive modern art collection and a warm, handsomely textured palette. A series of large arched windows floods the loft with bright light during the day and add glamorous, metropolitan ambiance at night.
